Pomegranate Fizz Cocktail

Get into the festive spirit with this delicious Pomegranate Fizz cocktail! This refreshing drink is perfect for Christmas and is sure to impress your guests if you’re having a gathering. Made with a combination of prosecco, Cointreau, and pomegranate juice, this cocktail is both sweet and tangy. I love using large ice balls for this one, made using a silicon mould. This one is super easy to make, and you can make it by the jugful which is already a good start for a cocktail!

Pomegranate Fizz

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of prosecco
  • 125ml Cointreau
  • 500ml pomegranate juice
  • Ice balls

Directions

  1. Mix the prosecco, Cointreau and pomegranate juice in a jug.
  2. Put an ice ball into a champagne saucer and pour over the pomegranate fizz!
