There’s something really cosy about a jar of homemade preserves, and this one strikes the perfect balance between sweet and heat.

Made with fresh chillies and red peppers, a splash of apple cider vinegar, and just the right amount of jam sugar, it’s the sort of condiment that makes everything taste a bit more special.

Each 212ml jar is perfect for gifting or keeping in your own cupboard for those moments when ordinary condiments just won’t do. Lovely dolloped alongside roasted meats, spread thick on sandwiches, or paired with a proper cheeseboard for entertaining.

It’s particularly brilliant with a bit of strong cheddar or brie, and does amazing things to any sandwich. I make these jams in small batches right here in my kitchen, ensuring each jar has that proper homemade touch that makes food feel special.
