Serving suggestions

Lovely dolloped alongside roasted meats, spread thick on sandwiches, or paired with a proper cheeseboard. Particularly brilliant with strong cheddar or brie.

Ingredients

Made with fresh chillies and red peppers, a splash of apple cider vinegar, and just the right amount of jam sugar. The sort of condiment that makes everything taste more special.

Storage

Store unopened jars in a cool, dark place for up to 1 year. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 4 weeks. Best enjoyed at room temperature.

Spice level

A medium heat level - enough to give a pleasant kick without overwhelming. The sweetness balances the heat, making it enjoyable for most palates.

Put it to good use
