Limoncello Ice Cream

  • Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients

  • 500ml double cream
  • 150g icing sugar
  • 125ml fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp limoncello

Directions

  1. Mix together the lemon juice, limoncello & icing sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Pour in the cream and whip until thick and smooth.
  3. Spoon into an airtight container and freeze overnight. Longer is better.
  4. Scoop into cones & serve!
