Smoked Salmon Brunch Flatbread
Ingredients
- 4 Greek style flatbreads (shop bought)
- 200g soft cheese
- 100ml crème fraiche
- 50g Horseradish sauce
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped chives
- 1 lemon, zested plus wedges to serve
- 200g smoked salmon
- ½ red onion, finely sliced
- handful baby capers
- small bunch of dill
- handful rocket
